Great condition, looks hardly used, we forgot to take photos when we put it up to inspect, no damage or tears, looks to of only been used a limited amount of time as just a little grass and no mud on it, comes with everything to get you going, new these are over £200 + be prepared for next summer or why not a bit of winter camping.
