Returns
You have a 14 day right to cancel and refund on unused, sealed and re-saleable items with all manuals and accessories from the date you received your goods.
Outgoing postage will also be refunded at the cheapest option that was available at the time the order was placed (excludes partial order refunds).

The postage costs for returned/unwanted items is at your own expense and the item(s) must be returned within 14 days. In the case an exchange is required against the returned item(s), a new postage charge will need to paid before the exchanged item(s) are sent out.
Once you have opened, inspected and used your item(s) you have then accepted the item is fit for purpose as advertised under the distance selling regulations, our normal warranties then applies.

Any item(s) to be returned must be securely wrapped in bubble wrap, cardboard box or packaging paper and securely taped, tape used on original display boxes i.e. brown tape all over the item(s) display packaging is NOT Acceptable as item(s) can get damaged, lost and be unsaleable, no refund will be given and and will repaired if returned due to a fault.

If any item(s) returned to us are not correctly packaged, missing parts/instruction manuals or been used/fitted then we have the right to refuse any refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion and charge the cost of the courier as well as the cost of return, this also includes destroyed, damaged original packaging i.e. your display box your airsoft gun came in, please do not wreck or throw away your original packaging in case it is needed later on to return an item for repair / replacement (excludes packaging used to ship your goods)

Products We’re Unable to Cancel, Refund or Exchange
Unless not as described, we cannot cancel, refund or offer an exchange on: Special orders, personalised or made-to-measure products (includes 2 Tone painted guns), perishable goods and consumables i.e. batteries / gas where they have been opened etc, our normal warranty applies on these items.

Two tone painted guns are classed as customised items, painting is a free of charge service and finishes can vary between guns, we do not except returns / exchanges if you just do not like the colour / finish.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty

  • • Spring rifles – 3 Months against manufacturing defects.
  
  
  • • Accessories – 1 Month against manufacturing defects.
  
  
  • Clothing – 3 Months against manufacturing defects.

Batteries, chargers and any accessory supplied in the box as standard are covered by a 1 month warranty.We do not offer refunds on any internal parts for guns that have been purchased and installed and/or used. Refunds are only offered on internal parts that are returned as supplied, unused and in original packaging and within 14 days.
Warranties are void if any item(s) has been modified, painted, tampered with and/or occurred accidental or deliberate damage. This includes stripping or attempting to strip paint from two toned guns.
Warranties are void if poor quality ammo is used or re-used or in our opinion has been used.
Warranties is not transferable.

In the event a warranty claim is made we will repair and return the item(s) free of charge within the first 30 days for UK customer, if you are outside the UK postage costs are at your expense. Customers can choose to return items within 30 days at their own expense and include a receipt of postage for refund which must not exceed the value of £10.00.
After 30 days the warranty is  for parts and labour not the cost of postage to return the item(s).
In the event of a warranty claim, please notify us in the first instance by email and when returning the item(s), please enclose the original invoice, warranty and refund claims can not be processed without your included invoice. For further information, please reference our Returns Policy, which can be found on the bottom of the Action Hobbies homepage.

In the event that a gun is returned to us under warranty and it becomes evident that it has been tampered with i.e taken apart or modified, the customer will be liable to pay a charge of £30 to cover the costs of postage and inspection of the item. Any damage that has incurred as a result of tampering will be repaired at an extra charge if repair is possible, but discussed with the individual customer at the time.
Any other (non gun) products that are returned for a refund after having been clearly used, altered or otherwise tampered with will not be issued with a refund but will be returned back to the customer, the customer will be liable for the postage costs. If there is a manufacturing fault with the item this will be waived.

Wear and tear parts i.e. hop rubbers, bearings, pistons, gears, motors, trigger and piston sears are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Excessive and improper use, as well as poor BB ammo quality, may result in shorter periods before failure occurs and will be evaluated on an individual basis by our technical department.

In the event of an item(s) returned to us is not faulty you will then need to make arrangements for the return of the item(s) to yourself, in this case any collection and return postage we have paid for will be due for payment.
If you do not make arrangements for your item(s) to be returned within 60 days from the date of notice, the goods then become our property of Mad4 Ltd.

We can not refund an item(s) that is faulty that we have offered to repair if the item then becomes unwanted.

We do not warranty any item(s) sold on a no warranty basis, these items are clearly marked on the website.The quoted FPS (Feet Per Second) on adverts is for guidance only, we undertake random chronograph testing and update the product details where necessary.
We will downgrade any Airsoft gun purchased that fires full auto over 385fps with .2g BB’s with our chronograph FOC to approx 370 fps, or offer you the downgrade spring to be fitted. It is your responsibility to ensure the Airsoft gun you purchase conforms to your site FPS limits.
If you require a setting lower than this a small charge may be levied for parts required.

FPS variations must be reported within 30 days of receipt by customer. After 30 days, all downgrades/upgrades are then chargeable.

EU & International Customers
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of goods purchased for importation. Mad4 LTD accepts no responsibilities if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities while on route for delivery. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated it is not Mad4 LTD responsibility, we will offer no refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment only for the goods (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return and only after we have inspected the goods.

If you do not agree to this then do not order from us.

Taxes
UK VAT is charged at 20% on all goods purchased from Mad4 Ltd (Action Hobbies), this is included in the advertised purchase price. We do not take any responsibility for any Tax and Duty charges on goods ordered, this is your responsibility to pay.
We will not mark goods as “Gifts” and all goods shipped are declared as per the order value placed by the purchaser.

Laws And Guidance
By law you must be over 18 to purchase an Imitation Firearm (Brightly coloured guns)
By law you must be over 18 to purchase a realistic imitation firearm and a registered airsoft skirmisher / re-enactor (Black / realistic looking guns)

Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Mad4 Ltd or any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site, information on this site, goods purchased from ourselves. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Mad4 Ltd accepts no responsibility for the use of replica guns, air rifles, goods purchased, descriptions, quoted FPS and other information on this site, by purchasing from us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
It is your responsibility to insure your Airsoft gun meets you site requirements, always chronograph your gun from time to time to check your gun performance and adjust if necessary.

Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name, known invalid credit card or other such means to obtain goods, Anyone caught wilfully trying to fraudulently purchase will be reported to the authorities. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes in terms
Mad4 Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Action Hobbies web site.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
